Wyndham Estate Dinner and Concert Packages
Wyndham Estate is pleased to present an outstanding Dinner & Concert package. Included in the package is a sumptuous four course dinner matched with award winning wines from the Wyndham Estate range, VIP parking, complimentary programme, wines to enjoy during opera and of course your choice of Platinum or Premium concert seating. The four course dinner will commence at 4pm where canapés, entree and main will be served, followed by dessert after the concert - the dinner will conclude at approximately 9.30pm.

What to Bring
We recommending bringing sunscreen, a hat and a jacket as the evening may be cool. For Picnic Lawn patrons, please bring a low chair or rug. High backed chairs will be asked to sit at the rear of the lawn. You may bring your own sealed bottled water. You may also bring your own picnic food, however, the Food & Wine Fair will be in operation at the event from 3.00pm and will include food stalls by local restaurateurs, plus cheese and merchandise sales. Eftpos facilities are available on site.
Items that are not permitted
Opera in the Vineyards is a licensed event. No alcohol, metal cutlery, soft drink, professional cameras or glass is allowed. There will be a security check at the gate and prohibited items will be confiscated. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for prohibited items. Please note sunshades, beach umbrellas and any other item which restricts other patrons viewing and enjoyment are not permitted.
Disabled Facilities
There is ample disabled parking available as well as disabled toilets.
How to Get There
Wyndham Estate is located in the famous Hunter Valley region in NSW, Australia. It is a two-hour drive north-west of Sydney.
To get there by car: cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge heading north, and follow the signs to Newcastle and the North Coast, up the Pacific Highway. Follow the Pacific Highway until you reach the National Highway 1 Freeway entrance (F3) at Wahroonga (approximately 30 minutes drive depending on traffic). Travel along the National Highway 1 Freeway (F3) towards Newcastle, in a northerly direction, for approx. 100 kms. Exit the Freeway at the Cessnock/Hunter Valley Vineyards sign. Follow the signs to Cessnock, then to Branxton, along Wine Country Drive. From Branxton, follow the signs to Dalwood, approx. a further 7 kms.

Weather
The event will be held outdoors in the Wyndham Estate amphitheatre and can be affected by the weather. The stage is fully covered but the area for concertgoers is uncovered and open-air. Please note the concert will proceed rain or shine so we advise if you are concerned about the conditions to come prepared with the appropriate weather gear – please note that umbrellas are not permitted in the amphitheatre.
Other Information
There is plenty of free parking and disabled access is available. Artists may change at short notice due to illness or unavoidable circumstances.
